Family and Childcare

HCV2021 is committed to supporting the participation of researchers with children. A family room has been designated at the conference venue to be used by families. Delegates will be asked during the registration process if they need a childcare service and the age of the child/children. An experienced event childcare provider has been identified and on-site childcare will be provided at a subsidized cost. Most conference hotels also offer baby-sitting services.

Audio/Video Recording or Photography of Lectures and Posters

The audio or video recording of lectures, taking pictures of slides or poster material are prohibited without the prior permission of the HCV2021 LOC and the presenting author.
